Recently we got the chance to chat with TV host and analyst for Fox News and Fox Business, Jedediah Bila.
In the past few years, Jedediah has gone from working in education, to working as a TV host, and being named one of the sexiest people in television news by Mediaite.
While working as a Dean in a high school, Jedediah had written a column about voter fraud. This gained the attention of many, which led to Sean Hannity asking her to speak on The Great American Panel. This started her career in television. “It kind of became a career out of nowhere.”
Since a young age, Jedediah has been destined to be on television. She was exposed to acting by her mother and developed a passion for it. “I grew up in a performing arts household. My mom was a theatre director and she ran an acting company. They did a performing arts school out of my living room when I was a little girl. I was always in and out of acting classes and improve classes.”
When she began her work in television news, she felt right at home with the lights and cameras. This was something her family knew she would one day experience. “When I was a little girl everyone used to say, this kid is going to be on tv.”
Aside from acting, she has written many columns. When not writing and talking about politics, she loves to write about relationships and things that are personal to her. In 2016 she hopes to continue writing about these topics that are close to her heart and to get involved in more creative projects.
Jedediah grew up in New York and loves calling NYC her home. “I feel that New York makes you strong, it makes you tough, it makes you resilient.”
