Outside of his life as a yacht chef, Chef Adam has a love of the outdoors and cooking in nature. He was chosen by JAZZ™ Apples to teach simple cooking techniques using fresh apples. These apples originated in the orchards of New Zealand and are now grown in several regions including Chile, Europe, Australia, the UK, and Washington state.
