Chef Adam Glick is known for cooking up delicious meals on Bravo TV’s hit show Below Deck Mediterranean. Outside of his life as a yacht chef, Chef Adam has a love of the outdoors and cooking in nature. He was chosen by JAZZ™ Apples to teach simple cooking techniques using fresh apples. These apples originated in the orchards of New Zealand and are now grown in several regions including Chile, Europe, Australia, the UK, and Washington state.
Chef Adam spent time in the NYC area touring different grocery stores meeting fans while sharing JAZZ™ Apples with them. While he was in NYC we had the opportunity to sit down with Chef Adam and get a taste of some of his delicious meals using JAZZ™ Apples. Chef Adam made a Balsamic JAZZ™ Apple Pasta Salad and Pork Tenderloin with Jazz Apple & Onion Marmalade. Trust us, you want to try these meals!
