Recently we got a chance to interview actress, Chandler Kinney.

Chandler Kinney started as a dancer, taking classes since the age of three, and dance lessons turned into acting classes. “I started taking acting classes and I really enjoyed it.” On what she loves about acting, “One of the things I love most is the process of building a character. Another thing I love about acting is that I get to motivate and inspire people to be their best and do what they want to do in life.”
Chandler stars as Catherine Dillman in Amazon Prime “Family’s Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street”. “Playing Catherine has been a blast. She is a super intelligent and witty girl. I have learned so much from being on set filming, and from her. I learned so many new words and facts.”

Other shows she has been on include, “American Horror Story,” “Girl Meets World”, “90210,” and “Haunted Hathaways” where she played Mirabelle. “I got to play a ghost. There were a lot of cool special effects. There is so much energy and talent being on that set.”
Another passion Chandler has is martial arts, and she is a first-degree black belt! “People don’t expect it.” Audiences will get a chance to check out some of her martial arts skills in season 3 of “Gortimer Gibbon’s Normal Life”! She also loves listening to music on her record player. Her current favorite is Adele’s record ‘25’.
Chandler is very excited about what’s to come in 2016 including season 3 of “Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street” and her volunteer work. She has been working with her mom on a new organization called Chandler’s Friends. “We make fleece blankets and donate them to kids in need at charities and hospitals.”
It was great chatting with Chandler. She is so enthusiastic and passionate. We can’t wait to see what is next for her!
