While in town recently for an appearance at Lord & Taylor to celebrate the launch of her new activewear line, Julianne Hough was spotted at Vandal.  Vandal is located on Bowery and is the latest restaurant lounge by the Tao Group and Chef Chris Santos. The two – level space includes a bar/lounge, restaurant, garden dining area, private dining room, and cellar bar/lounge.  Filled with interesting art and a delicious menu, this is a new hot-spot that looks like a must try!
