Lucas Yancey – “Ex Isle”
Lucas Yancey has recently made his Reality TV debut on the show, “Ex Isle.” The WE TV show, is a new series where five ex couples head to a remote island where they are led through therapy by relationship therapist, Dr. Ish Major. We asked Lucas how he would describe the show. “I would use the word intense.” Not only are the couples brought together on the island, they are also facing a twist. “Ten singles come on board to stir the pot between the ex-couples.”
The show is hosted by Carmen Electra. “Carmen Electra has always been an icon. She is a wonderful person and it was cool to see her personality rather than just her good looks. She is a great loving person.”
On taking risks, “ I definitely like to take risks. I like to be adventurous. I am up to have fun, up for interesting activities, and not scared or worried about much.”
If he had the chance to be on another reality show he can see himself on a Jersey Shore type show, Party Down South, and Big Brother.
Since Lucas was in high school, he has wanted to be in entertainment. As an actor, director, and now reality star, he wears many hats. He likes being both in front and behind of the camera. “ I have always been the class clown since 8th grade. Acting has always been something that I’ve wanted to do.” Jim Carey is one of his favorites and his favorite impression to do is Ace Ventura.
In 2016 he hopes to continue acting, directing, and that his career is taken to the next level.
We asked Lucas what he wants others to know about him. “ I want people to understand that I have a good heart. I love people and want to make them happy in this world. I want to see others succeed in endeavors that they are pursuing.”
