Niki Briar and The SweetBriar Band celebrated the release of her new album, “Free From the Demon” at Brother Jimmy’s Live @ Union Square. Brother Jimmy’s was a perfect venue for a fun night of delicious food, yummy drinks, music, and line dancing!
With an amazing stage presence, Nikki rocked the stage in her silver ‘Miranda’ cowboy boots and New York City tank, bringing country to the city.
The evening was hosted by BIG BAD JOHN OF 89.1WFDU KICKIN IT COUNTRY.
During her performance, Nikki played many of her songs including “Free From the Demon”, “Big Red Truck”, and “Country Thang”, which came with its own official line dance! We loved the Line Dancing with Matt Thomson OF MONTERAY ENTERTAINMENT. The crowd was taught the dance and showed off their new moves to Nikki’s “Country Thang.”
She also covered Gretchen Wilson’s “Redneck Woman”, Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama”, and Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried” to name a few.
