Asprey started off the live conversation discussing the importance of willpower and what happens in your head. This became a very important common thread throughout the conversation. He speaks of the importance of having “talks” with your nervous system in order to enhance your willpower. Willpower can be a huge factor in what determines your success.
In the time that Asprey talked, he shared many insightful tips for gaining willpower to eat the right food to lose weight, gain energy, and feel your best. One tip was the importance of sleep. “Sleep is almost as important as food and more than exercise.”
Asprey discussed how The Bulletproof Diet has become a phenomenon and celebrities he doesn’t even know, are talking about it. He believes this is happening because it works.
