Over 80 of the world’s top pastry chefs visited Jacques Torres at his private Chocolate Factory in Brooklyn Army Terminal.
The guests were invited to this exclusive event which featured a behind-the-scenes tour while getting to sample all of the acclaimed chocolatiers finest delicacies. The night was celebrated with Champagne Taittinger’s signature Brut La Française.
This master pastry chefs have gathered together in NYC celebrating the 35th anniversary of The Relais Desserts Associations which Francois Payard is hosting. One of their first stops was Jacques Torres Chocolate Factory.
